One show that we like to watch as a family is "Cupcake Wars" on the Food Network channel. Rachel loves the show. We were watching it on New Year's Eve, and Rachel said,"I've never been to a cupcake store. I would love to go someday." (This was the 28th time we have heard her say this.) So we said, "Let's go find one right now!" There was a wonderful store in Tacoma, and there we had ourselves a wonderful calorie-ful treat.

And Eric chose the ever-popular red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting.

Hi Nelsons! Glad to hear from you and find your blog too. That Mom Survey is genius - I'm going to have to start doing that. And I'm inspired by your Amazing Race Birthday. My oldest is turning 8 nxt month and that sounds like something she would love to do.
I hope you're going to make it to the reunion this summer. It will be so fun to see everyone.
